PrintFlow provides software tools. When you buy from a store hosted on PrintFlow, the seller running that store is the business you are purchasing from, and they are responsible for their own handling of your information. PrintFlow processes that information on the seller’s behalf to operate the store, route your order to the seller, and provide the service.
From sellers (account holders): name, email address, business and store details you enter, product information and images you upload, payment-connection details needed to link your own payment provider (for example, a Square connection), and records of your use of the app.
From shoppers (store customers): the information you provide to place an order — such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order contents, and any custom text or images you upload for a product — plus messages you send to a store.
Automatically: basic technical and usage data such as device/browser information, log data, and information stored in your browser needed to keep you signed in and operate the service.
PrintFlow does not process, hold, or transmit payments, and does not store full card or bank-account numbers. When a shopper pays, the payment is handled directly by the seller’s chosen payment provider (for example, Square) or by a peer-to-peer method the seller offers (such as Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal). Those providers handle payment data under their own privacy policies. Where a seller connects a payment provider, we store the access credentials for that connection in encrypted form so the store can create and confirm payments on the seller’s behalf.
We use information to provide and operate the service; create and route orders to the seller; enable seller–shopper communication; confirm payments made through a connected provider; provide support; keep the service secure and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
With the seller: when you place an order or message a store, your order and contact details are shared with that seller so they can fulfill and support your purchase.
With service providers: we use third parties to host and run the service (including our application platform), send email, and process payments on a seller’s behalf. They may access information only to perform services for us.
For legal reasons / business transfers: we may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, and as required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Sellers control much of the data in their own stores and may delete records they manage.
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypting stored payment-provider credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. Shoppers should contact the seller they purchased from for data specific to that store; for information PrintFlow holds, contact us at support@printflowapp.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law (including, where they apply, laws such as the California CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK GDPR).
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Stores, payment providers, and other third-party services linked from the service have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Please review their policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
