PrintFlow

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 30, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. They include important limits on our liability and, for shoppers, make clear that your purchase is with the individual store, not with PrintFlow. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and PrintFlow(“PrintFlow,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of the PrintFlow website, app, and related services (the “Service”). If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.

2. What PrintFlow is (and is not)

PrintFlow provides software tools that let print-business operators (“Sellers”) manage their work and create online storefronts where customers (“Shoppers”) can browse and order products.

PrintFlow is a technology provider only. It is not a store, a seller, a merchant of record, a marketplace operator, a payment processor, or a party to any transaction between a Seller and a Shopper. PrintFlow does not take title to any goods and does not hold, escrow, collect, or transmit any funds. All sales are made directly between the Seller and the Shopper.

3. Payments

Sellers collect payment directly from Shoppers using their own connected payment provider (for example, Square) and/or peer-to-peer methods they choose to offer (such as Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal). Funds flow directly to the Seller. PrintFlow never receives, holds, or disburses those funds.

Use of a payment provider is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies. PrintFlow is not responsible for payment processing, payment failures, fraud, unauthorized transactions, refunds, or chargebacks. Responsibility for those matters rests with the Seller and the applicable payment provider.

4. Seller responsibilities

If you are a Seller, you are solely responsible for your store and everything about your transactions, including: your products, descriptions, images, and pricing; order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery; returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer service; the accuracy of your listings; collecting and remitting any applicable taxes; and complying with all laws that apply to your business.

You may not list, sell, print, or reproduce products or content that infringe someone else’s intellectual property — including copyrighted images, artwork, photographs, characters, or designs; registered or unregistered trademarks, brand names, or logos; or counterfeit, bootleg, replica, or knock-off goods — unless you personally hold all rights and licenses required to do so. You are solely responsible for obtaining every right and license needed for any design, image, logo, character, slogan, or other content you use, upload, print, or reproduce, and you represent and warrant that you have them. You also agree not to use the Service to offer otherwise unlawful or prohibited goods, or to mislead or defraud Shoppers.

Right to remove listings. PrintFlow may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, remove, disable, hide, or refuse to display any listing, product, image, or store, and may suspend or terminate any account, if we believe in good faith that it infringes intellectual property or otherwise violates these Terms or any law, or in response to any complaint or claim of infringement.PrintFlow is under no obligation to monitor listings or content, but may do so; and choosing to act (or not act) on any given listing does not waive our right to act on others. Removal of infringing or violating content does not relieve the Seller of responsibility for having listed it.

5. Shopper terms

If you are a Shopper, your order is placed with, and fulfilled by, the individual Seller whose store you are buying from — not PrintFlow. Questions, changes, refunds, returns, shipping issues, and disputes about an order are between you and that Seller. PrintFlow provides the software the store runs on but is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, or conduct of any Seller.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or others.

7. Subscriptions and fees

Some features of the Service are offered under paid plans. Applicable fees, billing intervals, and plan features are presented at the time you subscribe. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and paid plans renew until cancelled. We may change plans or pricing on a going-forward basis, with notice where required.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as products, images, and store text). You grant PrintFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to use it. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at support@printflowapp.com. We review reports of claimed infringement, may remove or disable the content in question, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, reverse-engineering it, using it to violate any law or the rights of others, or using it to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services (such as payment providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and PrintFlow is not responsible for them.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PrintFlow DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, AND MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY SELLER, SHOPPER, PRODUCT, OR TRANSACTION.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINTFLOW AND ITS OWNERS AND OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN A SELLER AND A SHOPPER.

PRINTFLOW IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, PRODUCTS, OR CONTENT OF ANY SELLER OR SHOPPER, OR FOR ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN THEM. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PRINTFLOW FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintFlow and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your store or products (if you are a Seller), your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service, other users, or ourselves. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 2–3 and 11–15) will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to another agreed resolution process, and you consent to venue there. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@printflowapp.com to try to resolve it informally.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept them.
